BeiGene and Revolution Medicines Enter Strategic Collaboration
On August 10, BeiGene announced a multi-faceted collaboration agreement with Revolution Medicines. Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on clinical trials to jointly evaluate combination therapies of some of BeiGene’s clinical-stage oncology candidates with one or more of Revolution Medicines’ four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors. Simultaneously, a regional licensing agreement was reached, granting BeiGene exclusive development and commercialization rights for the aforementioned Revolution Medicines candidates in select Asian markets.
Clinical collaborations will explore potential targeted combination therapies for patients with RAS-driven cancers.
Under the clinical collaboration agreement, both parties will evaluate and advance combination therapy between BeiGene’s specific drug candidates and Revolution Medicines’ four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors. These four RAS(ON) inhibitors are: the multi-selective RAS(ON) inhibitor daraxonrasib, the RAS(ON) G12D selective inhibitor zoldonrasib, the RAS(ON) G12C selective inhibitor elironrasib, and the RAS(ON) G12V selective inhibitor RMC-5127. Planned combination therapy studies include: BeiGene’s MTA in combination with the PRMT5 inhibitor BGB-58067 and the EGFR×MET×MET trispecific antibody BG-T187, in combination with either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib.

The regional licensing agreement will fully combine BeiGene’s mature R&D and commercialization advantages with Revolution Medicines’ portfolio of clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors.
Under the regional licensing agreement, Revolution Medicines has granted BeiGene exclusive development and commercialization rights for the four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors mentioned above in certain Asian markets, or, depending on market conditions, exclusive commercialization rights for the latter. Revolution Medicines is eligible to receive development and sales milestone payments, as well as tiered royalties based on net sales in the collaboration territories. Revolution Medicines will retain development and commercialization rights for all its products outside the licensed territories, including Japan and South Korea. As part of this collaboration, BeiGene will leverage its differentiated, fully autonomous clinical development “fast track” to fund and conduct a global registrational Phase 3 clinical trial of one of Revolution Medicines’ RAS(ON) inhibitors; simultaneously, Revolution Medicines will continue to advance multiple global registrational studies within its product portfolio.
